Our dream of owning a vintage VW bus and transforming it into a photo booth came to life in 2021. After over three years of restoration, Sagebrush Photo Bus is now ready to roll, bringing fun and unique wedding services and unforgettable memories to events across Bozeman, Paradise Valley, and Big Sky, Montana.
When we’re not capturing memories with the Sage Bus, you’ll find us snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking with our dog, Molly, and tackling new VW projects. Thank you for allowing us to share in your celebration!

Meet Tyler – The VW Enthusiast Behind Sagebrush Photo Bus
Tyler is a lifelong VW fan with a passion for all things VW. While he spends most of his free time working on VW diesel engines, the air-cooled engine of the Sage Bus offers a fun change of pace. As the mastermind behind keeping our photo booth bus running smoothly, Tyler helps ensure that every ride is ready to bring fun and lasting memories to your party.
The Sagebrush Transformation
The Sagebrush Photo Bus is a 1963 VW factory converted panel van and has spent the majority of its life in Montana. We spent the last three years working with a big team of talented experts and friends to bring this vision to life. VW buses like this are quite rare ,and it’s not every day you get to spend quality time in a special piece of history like the Sagebrush Photo Bus.
